Backfill for this year: open #reputation-collect, copy the posts, and paste below. Each review needs Patient Name (PAT 1234) plus a quoted review. Going forward, new Slack posts in that form auto-land here when the poll is active.

In Slack, copy one or more LeadConnector New Jotform Submission posts and paste them below. Only Photograph And Video Release Form posts are used; anything else in the paste is ignored. Each consent is attached to the matching testimonial and prospect, the same as the automatic check.
